Join us for our Intro to Reformer class.
This 8-week session was designed to introduce you to the Pilates Reformer repertoire while helping you to develop a better understanding of your body and how it moves.
The Reformer is a unique piece of Pilates equipment that uses springs as resistance to help build strength, increase flexibility & mobility, improve posture, and help you to better connect with your core muscles. This whole body approach to health and wellness will have you moving better and feeling better, regardless of your age or ability.
Our new class session begins September 11th and runs until November 5th with Intro to Reformer classes:
