Chair Yoga is a unique style that adapts traditional yoga poses so they can be practiced with a chair for support. You can be seated or using the chair for support during the class. This make yoga movements accessible for people who cannot stand for long periods of time, and is suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions. Mondays 1:30-2:25.
