Pelham Non-Profit Housing Corporation is a housing provider in Fonthill, Ontario that offers safe, affordable rental accommodations to seniors. We own and operate a 64 Unit seniors building located at 45 Pelham Town Square, Fonthill, Ontario. This location offers 63 one bedroom units and 1 two- bedroom unit for individuals and couples 55 years and older.

We are looking to recruit three board members to our current Board of Directors. Directors are required to attend bi-monthly board meetings (normally scheduled during office hours) and may also be required to participate in Board Committees as needed. Board Members are required to ensure the portfolio is meeting all legal obligations, supporting the needs of the residents, and facilitating good governance decisions while working together with and supporting the staffing complement.

We are looking for people who are community-minded and interested in affordable housing. The Pelham Non-Profit Housing Corporation is committed to diversity and inclusiveness in all its work.
