Chair Yoga is a unique yoga style that adapts traditional yoga poses so they can be practiced with a chair for support. Some poses are practiced while seated on a chair while other poses may be practiced while standing and using a chair for support.
Chair Yoga makes yoga more accessible for people who cannot stand for long periods, and is suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions.
In these classes you will learn gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation methods, designed to develop physical fitness and clarity of mind.
