IT’S BACK! We are happy to announce the Second Annual “Chambers Insurance Scramble Fore Charity Golf Tournament” and you’re Invited!

WHEN: May 31, 2024: 11:30am (first) tee off time— scheduled cross-start

WHERE: Beechwood Golf & Social House, 4680 Thorold Townline Road, Thorold.

This year’s tournament will be in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters. The BBBS organization has a major impact on youth of all ages who are facing adverse times, and through their programs they help develop them into healthy young adults, leading to a better future for our youth.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

• Hat & Hole Sponsor ($1,250): Only TWO spots available! Your organization will be promoted (including a lawn sign) on either the 1st or 18th hole AND your logo will appear on the side of our Tournament Hats that will be given to each golfer at registration.
• Cart & Hole Sponsor ($750): Your organization will be promoted (including a lawn sign) on one of the holes AND on all golf carts/rule sheets on the day of the tournament.
• Dog & Tall Boy Sponsor ($750): Your organization will be promoted (including a lawn sign) on the 10th hole AND on the drink/food tickets as well as at the turn when golfers are provided their lunch and a refreshment.
• Bag Towel & Hole Sponsor ($400): 10 Spots Available! Your organization will be promoted (including a lawn sign) on one of the holes AND your logo will appear on the golf bag towel that will be given to each golfer at the registration table.
• Hole Sponsor ($250): Your organization will be promoted on a specific hole (2-17). This price includes a lawn sign that you may keep and reuse after the tournament.
• Door Prizes: Donation of a gift certificate or item for raffle after dinner with a value of approximately $50.
