Our Virtual Home Selling ProcessRemote Consultation We will schedule a virtual appointment to discuss current market conditions and a personalized selling strategy based on a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Virtual Staging Consultation We will guide you through ways to make your home more appealing to today’s discerning Buyers. This consultation can be done virtually using various communication platforms, or in-person if necessary, while following all safety protocols in place. Photography and Videography We will arrange for our professional videographers and photographers to complete two in-house photo/video sessions using our safety protocols. 1. Preparation of a Click Through 360 Tour featuring an Interactive Floor Plan; 2. Professional Marketing Video and high definition (HD) Image Gallery. Showings and Home Inspections The showing agent, following all safety protocol in place, may show your home to their clients in person or using various online communications platforms. Home Inspections, if any, will be conducted with the same safety protocols, but may be on virtual conference call with the inspector. Seller is required to follow cleaning protocols before and after all showings. Electronic Signatures As a Seller, you will be able to sign all documents electronically from the comfort of your own home. You will also be able to negotiate remotely and review competing offers as they come in. We can guide your through the process on our live stream video conferencing platform when necessary. Closing Day Lawyers have implemented systems that allow you to close remotely and receive funds quickly. |
