Using springs as resistance, this unique piece of Pilates equipment will help you build strength, increase your flexibility and mobility, improve your posture while connecting you with your core muscles. This whole body approach to health and wellness will have you moving better and feeling better regardless of age or ability.
This class is a prerequisite for all other traditional Reformer based classes.
