After months of dedication and teamwork, the crew finally got together for a well-earned photo opp because we have something incredible to celebrate! This past winter, thanks to the generosity of our community, we collectively raised $8,410 for Make a Meal Come True. That means over 600 hot meals were served on Christmas Day to those who needed them most.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, volunteered, or helped spread the word. Your support made this possible, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together.

But the giving season doesn’t stop here. Open Arms Mission Welland is gearing up for another important initiative Coldest Night of the Year on February 22. This winter-friendly fundraising walk supports local charities that serve people experiencing hunger, hurt, and homelessness. There is still time to sign up and be part of this meaningful event.
