There is a team of people, each talented in their own way, that has brought us this far so we can celebrate our 30^th anniversary all year long. Running a business for this long can mean a lot of hiring, and some firing along the way.

We are very proud to say that our General Manager, Anne Guillemette, is someone who has been here for the entire 30 years. She started at the front desk, gained some valuable experience, and was then believed in to run the property, and it’s been that way ever since.

We have a team of talented individuals from all departments who have contributed to our success over the years. Some left for opportunities of personal growth, relocation, or retirement. Of our 22 staff we have, eleven of them have more than 10 years of service. Many others are over 5years service. This tells us that our employees feel good about the place they work. They like the job they do.

Our guests also appreciate this familiarity. Our guests come to stay week to week or once a month to visit their mother or father who is residing in one of Welland’s senior living residences, and when an employee recognizes you as you walk down the hall to your guest suite smiling and saying ‘welcome back, nice to you!’
