The next Schild Fitness program starts April 11th. If you are a beginner or wanting to get back into exercising the Making HERstory online four week program is a great way to do it! Through daily movement, mindfulness and deep breathing, we work to lower stress levels while slowly increasing strength and mobility. The exercises and activities take a few minutes each day and are flexible to fit your schedule. We take small steps to work towards lasting change. Registration is open!
