Allison is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Studio Director Movement Unlimited. She was an exercise therapist in the rehab industry for 12 years which fed her passion for helping people attain efficient and effective movement. Her vast, ever-expanding knowledge of anatomy and movement serves as inspiration for her students, cowokers and clients alike.
Allison encourages continued learning, genuine communication, and has a special talent for training intuitive & adept Pilates teachers. What is Pilates Day?
Pilates Day is an annual, international, community event celebrated on the first Saturday of May every year.
The goal of Pilates Day is to foster the public’s appreciation and awareness of Pilates through a network of varied, innovative, and high quality grassroots Pilates events accessible and affordable for all.
