Walking Meditation at Hamiltons of Pelham

Join us for an evening of Walking/ Breath Meditation in the beautiful garden of Hamiltons of Pelham.
Combining breathing and walking in very specific ways for specific benefits, Breathwalk teaches us:
- how to alleviate exhaustion, anxiety, depression.
- to heal physical & mental conflicts in our lives
- to enter a zone of total peace within our bodies and minds
I will be teaching five different Breathwalk programs over the next 5 months (May-Sep). Each program is designed for specific benefits. The May 17th program focuses on moving from Anxiety to Inner Calm.
