Join us for an evening of Walking/ Breath Meditation in the beautiful garden of Hamiltons of Pelham.
Combining breathing and walking in very specific ways for specific benefits, Breathwalk teaches us:
how to alleviate exhaustion, anxiety, depression.
to heal physical & mental conflicts in our lives
to enter a zone of total peace within our bodies and minds.
I will be teaching a different Breathwalk program over the next 2 months. Each program is designed for specific benefits.
