Following another successful virtual AGM and Board Director vote, several changes have been announced for the PenFinancial Credit Union Board of Directors.
- Sandy Henderson (pictured to the right) was re-elected to the Board and has been elected by her peers as the new Board Chair
- Kirbi Simpson was also re-elected to the Board and will assume the role of Board Vice-Chair
- Angie Walker returns as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee
- Elizabeth Grimmond has been appointed the new Chair of the HR and Governance Committee
- Dr. Ryan D’Sa joins the Board as a new Board
Director and will also Chair the Nominating Committee
We thank Reg Sonnenberg and Evan Acs for their leadership as Board Chair and Vice-Chair respectively. Both will continue to serve as Board Directors.
