The holiday season is officially upon us! It’s time to drag your decorations out of storage and begin the annual fight to detangle your twinkle lights. Before you start decorating with those strings of lights, it’s important to know which lights are for indoor use and which lights are for outdoor use. Do you know how to tell the difference?

Indoor lights will have a green tag on the string or a silver tag with green writing, while outdoor lights will have a red tag on the string or a silver tag with red writing. If the tags are missing, don’t take the risk, use those strings for indoor use only.
