The South Niagara Chambers of Commerce (SNCC) partners with the Niagara Association of REALTORS® to host six debates in South Niagara
With the municipal election campaign in full swing, the South Niagara Chambers of Commerce (SNCC) and the Niagara Association of REALTORS® are proud to bring mayoral debates to six municipalities in South Niagara. Members of our associations, as well as the general public, are invited to join us in the following communities for our Mayoral debates. (See Chart for Locations and Times)
‘Members of the business community have different priorities and questions in regards to municipal elections and governance,” says Chambers Executive Director Dolores Fabiano. “Continuous engagement with our local representatives encourages the strong advocacy our Chambers of Commerce are known for.”
Following two years of remote access to their representatives, members are eager to interact with their fellow association members and their elected representatives. In an aim to foster more communication and interaction with attendees, we are proud to announce the Mayoral debates will return to an in-person format.
“With over 1500 REALTORS® serving the Region, building and fostering relationships with Niagara’s leaders is imperative to the success of our Members.” says Niagara Associations of REALTORS® Executive Officer Sarah Hart. “Engagement across the Region with our candidates ensures our REALTORS® are empowered to advocate for their clients and the residents here in Niagara.”
Interested members of both associations are encouraged to submit questions in advance for the candidates on the SNCC website here
