Leadership Changes
Rotary Club Presidents serve one-year terms, with one year prior as President-Elect and one year following as Immediate Past-President.
The Rotary International Theme for 2020-2021 was “Rotary Opens Opportunities” and new page was turned in Rotary District 7090 with a husband and wife ‘team’ of Hugh and Sandy Graham, each serving as President in their respective Clubs: Hugh for the second time in the Rotary Club of Fonthill and Sandy in the Rotary Club of Welland.
The Rotary International Theme for the year commencing July 1, 2021 is “Serve to Change Lives”. Incoming President Ann Harrison will be tasked with implementing that vision in Fonthill.
The club had planned to meet in person to celebrate this transition but given limitations on numbers allowed to meet in public the celebration will be virtual, on Wednesday June 30, 2021.
