10th Welland Scouting is getting prepared for the 2020-2021 Scouting season.

Scouting continues for boys and girls aged 5-26, with social distancing and sanitation protocol in place as outlined by Scouts Canada and the community Health Departments.

This fall at 10th Welland Scouting we will begin a hybrid program of in person outdoor activities, and online virtual meetings and challenges.

We are looking for volunteers that range from weekly Scouting volunteers, to behind the scene assistants to allow the group to function.During the coming 2020-2021 session we are planning for the return of French Language scouting to Welland as well.

We are looking for: – Bilingual (French/English) Beaver (age 5-7) Scouting Volunteers – Bilingual (French/English) Group Administration – This role would be the point of contact for French communication with the community and our members – Scout (age 11-14) Scouting Volunteers – Beaver Scout (age 5-7) Scouting Volunteers

Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older (high school hours are available!) Volunteers must provide a clean Police Record Check (if over age 18) Volunteers must complete online training No Experience Necessary – We can teach you what you need to know
