Dr. John Strebul, DC is the Clinic Director of Niagara Spine and Sport Therapy in Welland, ON. He is a Chiropractor that specializes in treatment of sports and repetitive strain injuries. After graduating for New York Chiropractic College in 2000, he has a post-graduate degree in sports medicine (CCSP) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dr. Strebul provides a functional approach to treating all injuries by implementing various therapies including Active Release Techniques(ART), Joint Manipulation, Medical Acupuncture, Laser, and Spinal Decompression. He has helped athletes of all levels with injury recovery and performance enhancement.
Brooke Mitchell, MScPT is a Physiotherapist at Niagara Spine and Sport Therapy in Welland, ON. She has Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology from Queen’s University and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. She routinely combines a variety of techniques in her practice including soft tissue mobilizations, pain management modalities and exercise prescription. She enjoys working with all populations and has a particular interest in sport’s injury.
Maria Keca, BKIN, RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist who specializes in treatment based, deep tissue massage. Maria graduated from Brock University where she obtained a Honours Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. Subsequent to obtaining her degree, she decided to study Massage Therapy at the Canadian Therapeutic College. Among the many benefits, massage lowers blood pressure, aids in the circulation of lymph and blood, relieves stress, reduces pain, improves joint mobility and flexibility, reduces post-surgical and post-injury adhesions and swelling, and improves psychological well-being.
