Decades spent designing and branding with pride

Business background

Since his days as a student at Notre Dame College School and then graduate of the Retail Management program at Niagara College, Vince Silvestri dreamed of being a business owner. By combining his business acumen and passion for sports, especially hockey, Vince opened his first sportswear business in Welland in 1984. After managing and growing that business for more than 22 years, the business was sold for the pursuit of new endeavours. In 2011, the time was right for going back into business for himself, and Vince Silvestri Athletic Wear has been providing custom cresting, embroidery, and promotional products ever since.

Over the span of a nearly 40-year career, Vince has sent his sportswear designs around the world. He has also worked on certain projects that will always hold special significance. These include working with the NHL for the 2000 AllStar Game in honour of Wayne Gretzky Day, and supplying the CFL with Hall of Fame golf shirts. Vince looks forward to continuing to meet the design needs of his current and new customers, and he can be counted on to keep providing outstanding service and quality.
