Faith Tabernacle, also known as Faith Welland, is thrilled to announce the celebration of its 75th anniversary, a milestone that honours decades of faith, fellowship, and community service. The anniversary festivities will take place on Saturday, October 19 and on Sunday, October 20 at Faith Welland Church, 380 South Pelham Rd. Welland. 

Founded in 1949, Faith Welland has been an integral part of the Welland area, dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth and serving those in need. Over the years, the church has grown from a small congregation into a vibrant community hub, welcoming people from all walks of life and offering various programs aimed at enriching lives and fostering connections. 

Celebration Highlights: 

• Stand Up Reception and Memorabilia Exhibit: We will begin our festivities on Saturday, October 19 at 5:30 pm with a stand-up reception with opportunities for you to roam displays showcasing photographs, stories, and artifacts from the church’s 75-year journey. Guests are asked to RSVP by October 13 to Val at val@faithwelland.com 
• Worship through the Decades: A special worship service held on Saturday, October 19 at 6:30 pm will reflect the church’s rich history, with special musical performances and testimonies from former Pastors. 
• Worship Service: Celebrating the future, special guest, PAOC Western Ontario District Super Intendant Jason Small joins the people of Faith on Sunday, October 20 at 10:00 am for an impactful morning of worship. Kids programs available for kids 0-4. Kids packs available for kids 5 – 10.

Faith Welland has been an integral part of our community, and we celebrate the many ways we’ve come together to make a positive impact.”
