Port Colborne Historical Society will meet Monday, April 15th at 7pm at Portal Village Retirement Home, 300 Elgin St, Port Colborne. Guest speaker Jeff Reichheld is an instructor at the Brock Centre for Canadian Studies.  He will speak on the Feeder Canal and the Development of Wainfleet.
