Celebrate Canada Day in Downtown Welland

We’re hosting a celebration of all things Canadian — with music, hockey, food trucks, fireworks and more.
During the afternoon, join us in Merritt Park for an aerial show by Femme du Feu Creations, rock climbing, lawn games and graffiti artists. On King Street, enjoy Hockey Zone hosted by Welland Minor Hockey and sledge hockey hosted by ParaSport Ontario. Food trucks, community vendors, and a Welland fire truck showcase will also be there.
During the evening, starting at 6:30 p.m., enjoy music on the amphitheatre from JIN, Kia Emmanuel and LMT. Fireworks begin at 10 p.m.
