Candidates must meet the following mandatory qualifications:

• Current, permanent resident of the City of Welland
• Grade 12 Diploma, or equivalent
• Valid Class “G” Ontario Driver’s Licence, with a clean driving record
• Current First Aid and CPR (Level C) Certification
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
