NWPB is pleased to announce Richard Entera as the winner of our second Stantec Bursary Grant. Richard immigrated to Canada in late 2017 from the Philippines. With an extensive background in Mechanical Engineering, he previously worked in China and the United States. At one point, he worked with Amazon designing the components in Alexa.
