The iconic Niagara based company takes on the Title Sponsorship role of the Agency’s Bigger Together Golf Classic signature event with a three year commitment.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of North & West Niagara are excited to announce their partnership with Beatties for the Bigger Together Golf Classic. In a move that further demonstrates its deep-rooted tradition and commitment to the St. Catharines and Niagara community, Beatties will become the official Title Sponsor of the Agency’s signature summer event, the Bigger Together Golf Classic, for the next three years. As Title Sponsor, Beatties will continue to be a cornerstone and provide support for the youth of St. Catharines and North and West Niagara.
“We are thrilled to partner with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of North & West Niagara and support youth in our communities”, said Brad Steeves, President of Beatties. “In our 160+ years, it has always been our business to give back to our communities, and we are proud to be able to play an integral role with the Bigger Together Golf Classic in support of the kids”.
Now in it’s 28th year, the Bigger Together Golf Classic will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021 at the St. Catharines Golf & Country Club, and is the signature summer event of the Agency in its ability to continue to match youth (Littles) with mentors (Bigs).
“We currently have 200+ kids on our waiting list which grew significantly during the pandemic, stated Michelle Miller, President of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of North & West Niagara Board of Directors. “Given that it takes approximately $1000 to take a child off the waiting list and place him/her into the mentorship program, we are simply ecstatic and grateful for a Community Leader like Beatties to enter into a multi-year partnership with our organization”.
