Welland FloatFest is a water event, and safety is always our number one priority. This means we NEED LIFEGUARDS to ensure the safety of all participants!
Welland Floatfest is looking for 10 Lifeguards for this year’s event on Sunday July 14th, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
We require that you are Open Water Certified and will provide training free of charge, provided that you attend orientation and are present in your lifeguarding role during your scheduled time of the event. If you do not fulfill those requirements, you will be invoiced for the cost of the training.
(If you require Open Water Training you will receive an honorarium of $125, if you do not require training you will receive $150 for the day)
Training will be held end of June (you must attend all three dates): Exact Dates will be discussed
