There are a lot of things that change in 30 years. Just thinking of your own life in the last 30 years, you may have become an adult, a senior, a retired person, a student again.  Many things change & that is part of growth, part of the life cycle.

When we think back on the last 30 years as a Best Western, we see a lot of change with how we interact with our guests. We used to make bookings over the phone with a paper book filling in names and phone numbers to book your accommodations.  Now we type in those bookings, or they are transmitted directly to us from a booking site through the internet. It really is quite the advancement in technology. We even recently started a program where a previous guest can text us their booking requests!

Another area we have seen a tremendous amount of change is in the décor & furnishings. We are a firm believer that when travellers spend their hard earned money on a vacation, or a business person on their weekly travel expenses, they want the place to be clean, comfortable, with efficient staff.  That is our number one priority.
