10 am- 10:50 am for 9 to 12 years old
11 am – 11:50 am for 6 to 8 years old
Lunch break 12 to 12:50
1 pm – 1:50 pm for 6 to 8years old
2 pm – 2:50 pm for 9 to 12 years old
3 pm – 3:50 pm for Teens and Adults

Come visit them at the mall! Please bring an outfit suitable for training and a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated!
