Niagara Health Foundation Celebrates The Angelo Butera Family as a Founding Donor for their $2,000,000 Gift to the It’s Our Future campaign for the South Niagara Site of Niagara Health.

The Niagara Health Foundation is honoured to celebrate The Angelo Butera Family as a Founding Donor of the It’s Our Future campaign in support of the South Niagara Site of Niagara Health. The Angelo Butera Family has pledged a gift of $2,000,000.

In recognition of the $2,000,000 gift, the main entrance seating area will be named The Angelo Butera Family Seating Area. The South Niagara Site will have functional, welcoming and positive environments for everyone who comes to the new hospital site.

As a true community leader, Angelo Butera has grown his company, Panoramic Properties, with a focus on beautiful, affordable and comfortable places for people to call home for more than 26 years. Healthy citizens are the foundation of thriving, strong, and safe communities and having exceptional healthcare nearby preserves our quality of life. Angelo experienced this first hand, in 1991, when he was in an accident and broke both of his legs. “Niagara Health provided high quality care, and excellent patient experience to help me in my recovery to walking again. I wanted to give back because I want to do what I can for this beautiful region, as it made me who I am today. Excellence in healthcare means no cracks to fall through,” explained Angelo Butera.

The Niagara Health Foundation will be celebrating the It’s Our Future Founding Donors over the next few months and want to thank all those who have already generously donated to the campaign. To date, over $21,756,000 has been pledged in support of the new South Niagara Site of Niagara Health.
