As most of you know I have deep rooted passion for cruising and for wellness tours of all kinds. I love being on the ships exploring regions that are unique and enjoy the wellness tours because I believe the body is meant to move. But we also need our downtime. It’s all about balance, right?

This is why I am putting together a wellness tour for an unforgettable week in Costa Rica in November 2024. This tour will encompass not only different types of movement but also downtime to meditate or journal. See the balance there?!

Wellness Costa Rica 2024: A hike, mud bath and hot spring soak are all in the itinerary!

 These 7 days will not only bring like-minded individuals together but create new connections. This week will also allow you to try new activities that are not part of your everyday workout but that may in turn inspire you to either incorporate more of them when you get home or may mentally inspire you to change something in your life and well-being. That inspiration may not come during the trip but maybe when you get home. By being away we leave behind the hustle, bustle, and the hamster wheel. Last week I was at a Royal Caribbean and Silversea Cruise Conference and there is so much to tell, so let me tell you about Royal Caribbean this week and save Silversea for Saturday Oct  28 at the cafe.
