Summerfest Vendor Applications:
The Summerfest Committee are looking for Vendors for Summerfest 2020.The Summerfest Committee is now accepting applications from vendors for Summerfest 2020.  Please carefully review the Vendor Terms & Conditions below before submitting your application.  Successful applicants will receive an email shortly after the selection process and will be invoiced after confirmation. Please note the February 28^th deadline for the Early Bird discount to Pelham Businesses.

Please note the following timelines:
February 28, 2020 – Early Bird 10% discount available to Pelham Businesses ONLY
March 15, 2020 – Early Bird vendor approvals – vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible after the review
March 31, 2020 – Final deadline for all applicants – applications may be considered after this date and will be subject to a $100 late fee
April 15, 2020 – Vendor approvals. Vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible after the review
