Lincoln Pelham Public Library (LPPL) was created on April 1, 2022, by the merger of the Lincoln and Pelham Public Libraries. A new Board of Directors has been appointed as a result of the 2022 municipal election. The Library Board will be developing a new Strategic Plan to guide the activities of the library for the next five years.

Your answers on the Community Survey will help inform the Strategic Plan and priorities for library facilities, programs and services.  You could even win an Amazon Fire tablet or a Tim Horton’s gift card. Winners will be notified when the survey closes on May 30.
