The Town of Pelham discourages having garage and yard sales at this time, though they are permitted. If you are planning on having a garage or yard sale within the Town of Pelham please be responsible.
As the warmer weather approaches, we will all be spending more time outside. With this warmer weather, you may be thinking about having a garage or yard sale.
The Town of Pelham is asking that you take some precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
We’re all in this together.
Remember, if you do have a garage sale:
- Limit the number of individuals to five at any given time during the sale.
- Ensure the ability to practice physical distancing.
- Limit the physical touching of items for sale.
- Have handwashing or sanitizing available.
- Have items clearly priced, minimizing the need for personal interaction.
- Request exact change whenever possible.
