The Fonthill Volunteer Fire Association {“FVFA”) membership is made up of active and retired volunteer firefighters who work(ed) out of Pelham Fire Station One in Fonthill.
We trace the roots of our Association back to the original 51 members of the Fonthill Fire Department who came together in 1923 to create the first organized firefighting service in the then-village of Fonthill.
As this is our centennial year, we are planning a number of public events to celebrate our history in partnership with the Town of Pelham and the Pelham Fire Department. This includes an open house in June, street dance in September and a special Turkey raffle in November. In addition, we are also selling the Challenge Coins and raffle tickets for draws through out the year.
Centennial Challenge Coins are now available. $20 each. Send an e-mail to: fonthillvolunteerfireassoc@outlook.com for ordering information.
