Are you interested in Pilates, but aren’t sure where to start? Join us for Intro to Reformer!
This 8-week session was designed to introduce you to the Pilates Reformer repertoire. The Reformer is a unique piece of Pilates equipment that uses springs as resistance to help build strength, increase flexibility & mobility, improve posture, and help you better connect with your core muscles. This whole body approach to health and wellness will have you moving better and feeling better – regardless of your age or ability.
Our new class session begins May 22nd and runs until July 16th with Intro to Reformer classes happening:

➡ Thursdays @ 7 PM
➡ Saturdays @ 2 PM
