Prenatal yoga aims to support you in feeling strong in your body and calm in your mind during the changes that you experience throughout pregnancy.
This class is suitable for both those new and experienced to yoga. You can expect to practice meditative calming and breathing techniques as well as both stretching and strengthening yoga postures with appropriate modifications and use of props to support your body.
This prenatal yoga class welcomes individuals throughout all stages and trimesters, however it is recommended you consult with your primary care provider/physician before introducing any new physical activity into your routine when pregnant.
