Our community raised $25,069.50 for Wellspring Niagara during the 2023 Smile Cookie Week Campaign!

We cannot thank you all enough for your support. Whether you volunteered behind the counter creating smiles, purchasing cookies to share with friends and family, or attended our Local Hero Smile Day, you made an impact.

We wanted to share why this week is so impactful and how fundraising, community engagement, and fun initiatives like this are essential to Wellspring.
Every cookie counts, and every smile matters.

Here is why:
Each day in the centre, we open our doors and support all our members and their families with free-of-charge programs and services.
We offer counselling services for children living with cancer or impacted by a parent with a diagnosis.
Art therapy programs allow patients and caregivers an outlet to express and connect.

Many join us for Cancer Exercise, a 20-week program facilitated by Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to move forward after a cancer diagnosis.

From Chi Gong to Oncology Yoga and Prostate support groups to many professionally-led Be Well Talks, we ensure all members and their caregivers have the support they need.

When you have Cancer, you have Wellspring.

Smile Cookie Week is a fun way to help us raise much-needed funds. Thank you to Bill and Stephanie McWilliams for supporting Wellspring Niagara again this year. Marking this the 6th year, we have been chosen as recipients of the proceeds from the Smile Cookie campaign. Over the years, this initiative has helped raise over $87,000.
