Terms and Conditions:
- Participants will adhere to physical distancing recommendations while decorating their home.
- All entries must be within Town of Pelham limits and photographs must be of 2020 Halloween Decor.
- All photo entries must showcase the Decor visible from the street.
- All entrants understand and agree that their property may be photographed and photos taken, as well as those submitted, may be used in the promotion of this and future events by the Town of Pelham.
- All entrants will be automatically entered to win.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Duplicate entries will not be permitted.
- Late entries will not be accepted. Entries close on October 31st – at 10:00pm
- Draw from all verified entries will take place at 4:15pm on November 2nd in the Town of Pelham. Winner will be notified by email.
- Prize has no cash value and can not be substituted or transferred.
WAIVER: I hereby release the corporation of the Town of Pelham from all claims for damage arising from participation in the above program except where such damage or injury results from the negligence of the Town and/or its employees.
