During the week of April 11-19, Paolo Sirianni, Principal at St. John Henry Newman Catholic School will be performing the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge. He will run 4 miles, every 4th hour of the day for 48 hours in support of Niagara Nutrition Partners.
“As an educator in the Niagara Catholic School Board, I have seen the impact of NNP as they provide the breakfast and snack programs for the schools within Niagara Catholic. As well, they have provided families with over $700,000 in Grocery Gift Cards during the pandemic. I have built a great relationship with NNP and they truly care about the children of Niagara”.

A little bit about Niagara Nutrition Partners…
- 180+ Student Nutrition Programs in Niagara Region
- 17,000 students served nutrition DAILY in an traditional school year
- $700,000+ grocery gift cards distributed throughout pandemic
We are grateful for our partnerships with the School Boards. Through those partnerships, we found the way to provide over $700,000 in grocery gift cards directly to families throughout Covid. This is in addition to the funding provided to Student Nutrition Programs for the many schools that have pivoted their programs to feed our student communities.
Mission: We are committed to supporting sustainable nutrition programs for all school age children in the Niagara Region through the involvement and participation of all community partners in order to maximize healthy child/youth development.
