We are excited to announce a brand new mobile health clinic coming to Welland. Join us at the Division Street entrance of Holy Trinity Anglican Church (77 Division Street) every Friday from 9:00 – 11:30 am.

Our clinics aim to reduce barriers to healthcare for marginalized populations, specifically homeless people in Niagara. If you or know someone who is in need of medical care, counselling or system navigation you are invited to our new clinic, no appointment, identification or referral required.

We are looking forward to assisting the downtown community of Welland!
