For the third year in a row, pastry chef, Jayne Inouye, is preparing freshly baked gingerbread kits from her bakery Cravings by Jayne as a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity Niagara.

For each gingerbread kit purchased, 10% will be donated to Habitat Niagara to help build homes in our community.

Jayne, a local French pastry chef, graduated from pastry arts school in France and opened her bakery in Crystal Beach in 2020. She got involved with this initiative because she wanted to make a difference in the community and understands the need for affordable housing.

New this year! When you register and pay for a gingerbread house decorating class 10% of ticket sales will also be donated to Habitat Niagara – so register for the class today! (scroll to the middle of the webpage).

Proceeds from gingerbread kits and classes sold up to December 24th will be donated to Habitat Niagara.

(Orders can be picked up at Cravings by Jayne, 394 Derby Road, Crystal Beach, or on December 14th, 15th and 16th at the previously selected ReStore location during regular business hours.)
