Young Onset Dementia Care Partner Group

An event every month that begins at 7:00 pm on day First of the month, repeating until December 2, 2020
New Program for care partners of people living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65). The intent of the program is to offer a place where care partners of people living with Young Onset Dementia can access support and engage socially.
Join us the 1st Wednesday of each month from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm using the Zoom platform! This online facilitated group is intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65). The intent of the program is to offer a place where care partners of people living with Young Onset Dementia can access support and engage socially.
Note: July’s meeting will fall on July 8 due to the Canada Day holiday
