Looking to get creative this Halloween season?

Come out to the Seaway Mall and join us for pumpkin decorating with the Welland Public Library! Craft your pumpkin into your favourite book/ TV character, or let your creative eye take the wheel. Whatever your vision, we’re excited to see what you come up with! Special assistance will be set up for hot glue guns. See you there!
