Life can be stressful. Do you want to learn practical ways to improve your quality of life through self-management of symptoms of stress and pain? Join our Occupational Therapist and Registered Social Worker for a free 3-week in-person Mindfulness series!
You will be able to practice the foundational skills of mindfulness, such as: body scan; breathing techniques; and seated meditation practices. Attend all three sessions of this series to understand how to manage your physical and mental symptoms of pain and stress by “being in the moment.”
