Centre de santé communautaire Hamilton Niagara runs an indoor pole walking group every Thursday morning at the Seaway Mall from 9:00-10:00 am. Poles are provided (or bring your own!), and it is open to everyone in Welland age 55+. You do not have to speak French in order to attend.
