Do you have a beautifully decorated house in your neighbourhood? Nomination forms for the 28th Annual Residential Lighting Contest will be accepted starting November 12, 2021 at recreation@welland.ca or the Welland Community Wellness Complex (145 Lincoln St).
Deadline for nominations is November 26 @ 12 p.m.

Houses will be judged on the following criteria:

• Balance/Suitability
• Colour/Special Effects
• Innovation, Creativity, Fun
• “Buzz” Factor

All houses entered must use energy efficient lighting (Exclusively LED or fluorescent lights).

Prizes:

• First Prize: $500
• Second Prize: $300
• Third Prize: $100
• People’s Choice: $100
