Support Perinatal Mental Health at Flora’s Walk
May 4 @ 4:00 pm

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) affect countless parents, yet so many struggle in silence, unsure where to turn for help. Whether you or someone you know has faced these challenges—diagnosed or undiagnosed—you are not alone.
Flora’s Walk Niagara is more than just an event; it’s a movement to raise awareness, foster support, and build a stronger community around perinatal mental health. Named in memory of Flora, a young Ontario mother lost to undiagnosed postpartum psychosis, this walk is a call to action for better understanding, resources, and support for parents in our community.
Join us on May 4th to:
- Meet local providers and businesses dedicated to perinatal mental health
- Hear speakers share insights on PMADs and lived experiences
- Enter a raffle with amazing prizes donated by local businesses
Walk together in solidarity to support parents and honor Flora’s memory.
This is an opportunity to make meaningful connections, learn from experts, and stand alongside families who need our collective support. Bring your friends, family, and an open heart—every step we take together makes a difference.
Mark your calendar for May 4th and be part of this important movement. Let’s walk in support, awareness, and hope.
