Active Agers Summer Series at Heartland Forest

Introducing the Active Agers Summer Series, generously funded by the RTO Foundation!
Join us every Tuesday at 9:30AM starting June 25th, for our free weekly activities using the Active Agers Nature Challenge Journal. This wonderful resource was created for Heartland Forest by two Brock University Nursing Students and combines recreation and leisure for older adults.
