This meeting marks the start of a potential collaboration that could impact the trajectory of sustainable urban development in cities locally and globally as both leaders convene to discuss the residential project, Warbler Place Urban Village.
Welland, Ont.’s, Warbler Place Urban Village, a development by Elevate Living, stands as a testament to the organization’s commitment to transforming an urban landscape from a mere parking lot into a thriving haven of community health and wellbeing. With a mission to redefine urban living, the development aims to construct 1,150 units featuring a diverse array of missing middle housing types to foster inclusivity, along with pedestrian-first streets and walkways that prioritize accessibility and connectivity to major amenities within the Seaway Mall (locally known as a “community hub”).
